The program at Middle Way Acupuncture Institute has evolved from its beginning as an apprenticeship program for adults who were looking to make a transition to a new profession.
Our Master’s Level Diploma of Acupuncture Program is set up in 36 monthly 4-Day Intensive sessions, which take place over the course of a long weekend, Thursday through Sunday. An intensive clinical component is added to the third year of study. The entire program is divided into six separate semesters.
Our Chinese Herbal Medicine Certificate Program continues in our tradition of Weekend-based Intensives. It takes place over the course of 24 months, meeting 4 days each month to satisfy both didactic classes and clinical internship hours. The Herbal Studies Program is divided into four half-year semesters.
